• 54 g cake flour

For the Meringue

• 3 egg whites
• 42 g granulated sugar
• A few drops of lemon juice

For the Chocolate Ganache (Optional)

• 60 g dark chocolate (chopped) ≤ 52% cocoa
• 100 ml double cream
• 6 g unsalted butter (optional, for shine)

• Fresh strawberries (halved or whole, as desired)
